Saint Ambrose shall enforce its rights concerning this website in the event of any interference, infringement or contravention of its rights, title or interests in any aspect of this website. This website is protected under the copyright laws of Australia and other countries.

Shop Safely

  1. Browse our website & shop knowing you’re safe. We use Shopify, powered by Stripe & PayPal. Click on their logos to see how your payments are secure.
  2. Via Shopify & PayPal all the major credit cards are accepted.
  3. If you prefer direct deposit send us an email & we’ll give you our account details.

Delivery

  1. We deliver anywhere in Australia and Internationally.
  2. Delivery time frames outlined below are triggered following receipt of payment.
  3. Standard delivery is 3-5 days locally 7-14 days internationally
  4. Standard orders under $150 attract an Australia wide delivery fee of $10.
  5. Standard orders of $150 plus Australia wide have no delivery fee.
  6. We can accommodate Express orders of 1-3 days.
  7. Express orders attract an Australia wide delivery fee of $20.
  8. Wholesale customers are not eligible for free delivery.

 Damaged Goods, Exchanges or Refunds

  1. We offer refund or exchange if the product is damaged during transit to you.
  2. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind.
  3. Each hand made item sold by Saint Ambrose is carefully checked and hand packed for delivery to ensure you receive a quality product. However, if your candle is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website (www.saintambrose.com.au) as soon as your package arrives for directions on exchanging the product.
  4. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of order.
  5. If a refund is approved, shipping and handling charges, if any, are not refundable.
  6. Product will be exchanged at the sole discretion of Saint Ambrose.
